Dragon's Apprentice

Based loosely on the BBC’s “Dragon’s Den” and “The Apprentice” programmes, Blackburn with Darwen’s Councils Dragon’s Apprentice scheme invited local organisations to bid for funding. The promotional video for the campaign was conceived, filmed and produced by Initiatv Productions.
