A Healthy Partnership
Prior to the strategic merger between Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and the Local Health Authority, the management behind the joint venture commissioned Initiatv Productions to film and produce this information DVD for staff and stakeholders. Its purpose was to explain the proposals, and the health benefits the merger would have for the people of Blackburn and Darwen.
