Early Years Excellence
Leading the way in the delivery of high quality service provision for young children and their parents and guardians, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council commissioned CREATV Broadcast to film and produce an information video showcasing the facilities available across the Council's childcare departments. Our experence of filming in often challenging environments allowed us to meet and exceed the requirements of the client with this Early Years Excellence production.
